DRiV has taken reasonable steps to ensure that its business activities follow the Argentine Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 25.326. It shares personal data with other entities of the DRiV group by signing an agreement that is based on Provision 60-E/2016, which governs the transfer of personal data across borders.

DRiV is a global company that operates and has subsidiaries around the world. DRiV also works with some third parties that are based outside the EU/EEA and provide services to DRiV.
